Shipping Policy

Most of the musical instruments are in stock in Los Angeles, California and can be delivered within one week. If however your order needs to be sent to Africa, expect about 4 to 12 weeks delivery time. We will notify you if this is the case and will accept a 25% deposit until your order is ready. This deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

The shipping prices listed are UPS Ground Service. If you wish the item to be sent by overnight or 2 day air service, please call for rates.

If the order is to be sent to a P.O. Box, please add 15% shipping charges as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. (US Mail Service will be used instead)

Your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to be happy and continue doing business with us. This is why we strive to provide the best quality products at the best prices. So, if you are not 100% satisfied with any item we offer, you may send it back for a full credit or exchange.

To return an item you must contact us within three (3) days from the time you receive it. Please notify us immediately if any damage has occurred during shipping. All returns must be properly packed, insured, and shipped prepaid.

Payment

Please make all Cashiers Checks and Money Orders payable to Motherland Music. If you prefer, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Personal checks are welcome, however they will be held for 15 business days.

We will accept C.O.D. orders on in stock items up to $500.00 with a $5.00 C.O.D. fee per each package. Please be prepared to pay cash, money order, or cashiers check. No personal checks will be accepted on C.O.D. orders. Only California and Colorado residents pay a sales tax of 8 1/4% or 7 1/2%.
