Motherland Music is located in historic Culver City, California, home of Sony Pictures and since 1918 Ince/DeMille & some other storied film studios. Our store is open during classes (until 8:30 p.m. or later). Please forgive the the 'noise' from spirited playing during classes!

Our showroom is at 601 N. Eucalyptus Ave., one block west of the Inglewood, CA Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Eucalyptus is the first block west of La Brea. Juniper is south of Hyde Park and Eucalpytus & Juniper (where we are) is between Plymouth Street to the north and Beach Avenue to the south. So we say we're behind the Inglewood DMV, just north of the I.A.M. Church, and directly across from the Fresenius Dialysis medical building.

We're about a 10-minute drive from Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport or a 20-minute drive from Hollywood USA via La Brea Boulevard,
presuming light late-morning or mid-afternoon traffic. Even if it takes you longer to reach us, we like to think that we're well worth the trip! Stop on by, please.

This is our new location since Feb. 2011; we were formerly in Culver City since 2003 on La Cienega Blvd., and before that very nearby (a block and a half east) the La Cienega location on Washington Boulevard.

Our headquarters/store facility is situated in a one-story block building. It's somewhat nondescript. Our neighbors I.A.M. (International Anointed Ministries)
have a white stucco building and a sign. We request that while we are completing store remodeling, customers please enter at rear (from the driveway).

To reach us by bus (including a one-block walk to our door— arrive at Hyde Park and La Brea (MTA Route 212). The easiest way to ask locals or a driver if you're close is to request the stop at the Inglewood DMV (one block east of us). We are at the intersection of Juniper (which intersects with Hyde Park at La Brea 1 blk. E.) and Eucalyptus (two tree-named streets). Best parking is usually on Juniper (our lot is small with no convenient way to back up or turn around).
