Motherland Music is located in historic Culver City, California, home of Sony Pictures and since 1918 Ince/DeMille & some other storied film studios. Our store is open during classes (until 8:30 p.m. or later). Please forgive the the 'noise' from spirited playing during classes!

Our showroom is at 2921 La Cienega Boulevard, just around the corner from the Culver City Art District.

We're about a 10-minute drive from either Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport or Hollywood USA via La Cienega Boulevard,
presuming light late-morning or mid-day traffic. Even if it takes you longer to reach us, we like to think that we're well worth the trip!

We are nearby a (warning: Photo Enforced) major intersection where La Cienega Boulevard crosses Washington Boulevard.
This is our new location since 2003; we were formerly located very nearby (a block and a half east) on Washington Boulevard.

Our headquarters/store facility is situated in a two-story stucco building. It's somewhat nondescript—see a teal awning obscuring an orange sign?

From the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10) Westbound, take the Washington/Fairfax exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn Left onto Washington;
continue 2 blocks west to La Cienega Blvd. and turn Left. We're 1/2 block south of Washington Blvd. on the right-hand side.

From the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10) Eastbound, take the La Cienega South exit and at the bottom of the ramp turn Right onto La Cienega;
continue 2 1/2 blocks south (past Washington Blvd.). We're on the right-hand side.

La Cienega Blvd. on-street parking is also free and available weekdays except between 4:00 p.m. (16:00) and closing.
After 4 p.m., please park in our free parking lot (the driveway is next to the store)! We don't want your vehicle to be towed!
